About Our Ministry

The Leadership Development Ministry identifies, trains, and deploys emerging church leaders, department heads, and pastoral candidates through structured leadership academies.

Our Vision

To multiply servant leaders who govern with spiritual maturity, integrity, and competence.

Our Mission

To conduct leadership schools, mentor candidates, and prepare ministers for ordination.
